SHIPPING POLICY
Unless specified otherwise, all items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of the order. Orders received on Friday are shipped on the following Monday. All items are shipped through DHL / FedEx, and take 4-5 business days to deliver.

purpose of providing personalized and efficient customer service.

Spencer's DOES NOT STORE your credit card information on our computer system. To guard against credit card fraud, we offer secure online ordering using the latest SSL encryption technology. The connection between your browser and our servers is encrypted with industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which scrambles ordering information so that only your browser and our servers can decipher it. To use this option you must have a browser that supports SSL (e.g.Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator).

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with our pashminas in any way, you can return these within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive a 100% refund. If you choose to return your order after the lapse of warranty period of one month, 70% refund will be given during the second month and 40% during the third month. Please see to it that the pashmina(s) are returned in unused condition i.e. the condition in which you received them. This guarantee isn't applicable to custom/order made colors for which only 50% refund will be given during the warranty period and none thereafter.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you wish to exchange your pashmina to get another one, we will ship the replacement soon after receipt of such information from you. Please notify us to that effect within the warranty period of one month.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel the order prior to its shipment, 100% refund will be given. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, please accept its delivery and return the order as per return instructions and we will give you 100% refund. However, if you refuse to accept the delivery, only 50% refund will be given.

Spencer's Vogue Pashmina proudly sells its pashminas to its worthy wholesale buyers the world over. Owing to varying requirements of our worthy wholesale buyers in terms of variety, sizes and quantity, we offer special packages and the prices thereof accordingly. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your Pashmina can last a lifetime with proper care. Pashmina should not be hand/machine washed. It should be professionally dry cleaned. Do not wring or twist your Pashmina. To iron your pashmina, always use a piece of cloth and iron on low heat. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to pre-treat your pashmina before dry cleaning.
CUSTOM DYE OPTION
None of the colors in the color chart match my new dress, what do I do? We give our customers the option with no additional charges, to have their pashmina made in the color of their choice on order.
